Blue Morel (2 Whippany Road, Morristown, 973-451-2619 www.bluemorel.com) welcomes the founder of O. Fournier winery for a specialwine dinner this coming Thursday, March 13at 7pm. O. Fournier is a unique group producing wines in Mendoza (Argentina), Maule (Chile) and Ribera del Duero (Spain).Founder Jose Manuel Ortega Fournier will be on hand to introduce his celebrated wines, including the 2006 Alpha Spiga Tempranillo and 2009 Alpha Crux Malbec.
Chef Kevin Takafuji has created a four-course menu of hearty dishes like slow roasted Berkshire pork belly, tea-smoked duck breastand Korean-style beef sirloin to be paired with the wines.
