Round, rich, full-bodied Barbera that’s inky in the glass. Floral nose with a hint of smokiness. Lots of juicy fruit flavors with mocha and licorice notes on the palate with nice acidy.
Decanted half the bottle for an hour and it improved an already super wine.
Pairings: Game, pasta with tomato sauce, grilled meat.
