Brunch Launches at Ani Ramen Jersey City

As if one couldn’t love Ani Ramen more, it launches brunch – my favorite meal of the week! The Jersey City location is offering a new brunch menu and tempting brunch drinks.

Some of the highlights are:

Yaki Salmon Mazemen ($17) – Grilled marinated salmon on brothless noodles with a soy sesame base, fried egg, cabbage, spinach, menma, scallion, and pickled root vegetables.

Tamago Kurobuta Sausage Buns ($10) Berkshire pork sausage featuring a Japanese style omelette, lettuce, mustard mayo, and a spicy/sweet sauce.

Chicken Kaarage Don ($17) Japanese style marinated fried chicken, panko potato croquette, fried egg, and pickled root vegetables served in a bento box.

SatisSatis Bistro and Cool Vines will be presenting “A WINTER WINE DINNER” Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 7:30pm.

The menu was created by Executive Chef Michael Fiorianti and the event hosts are: Liz Farely, Regional Director, Kermit Lynch Wines; Mark Censits, Proprietor/Owner, Cool Vines LLC; Kelly Gottlieb, New Jersey Sales Manager, IPO Wines.

Orange & Olive Chef’s Table Announces the Launch of its First Cooking Class

Orange-64Orange and Olive owners, Chef Sam Fertik and Aaron Nemani, are pleased to announce the launch of Cook & Dine (Just add Wine), their first hands-on cooking classes in their state-of-the-art kitchen.  Participants will learn to cook like a pro, gaining new recipes and techniques.

In this first lesson, guests will create a beautiful four-course winter-themed dinner with Chef Sam’s guidance. Once dinner is completed they will sit-down and enjoy their culinary creations. The class and dinner are BYOB, so participants are encouraged to bring their own wine or beer. Perfect timing to show off their new culinary skills for Valentine’s Day!
